Isn't it amazing how music can affect your mood? I am an odd one. I run to both Nelly rapping and Les Miserable soundtrack, it all depends on what I need at that moment.
I recently shared with a fellow sparkfriend that my newest goal is to get more flexible. I LOVE stretching, love it. I use to be a religious yogi, but I stopped that a bit. I hope to get back in with time, but right now I am doing my own "Alex" yoga in my room, which is mainly stretching to music. But recently I began starting off my day with either "solo piano" or "mozart" pandora on in the background while I check email, spark, and now stretch and it is helping my mood. Amazing, really.
Alright, off to stretch. If I want to pose like the girl in my background I've got a ways to go. I try to do a headstand (with the wall, of course) every morning and night, even if only for a few seconds to get the blood flowing.. and I've got a nice bruise on my toosh to prove it!
