I am so thankful for our membership at the Rec Ctr. This old body does not handle the cold all that well anymore. So in spite of some bitter temps here in mid-Mo, i was able to get a run in this morning.

Now it's time to get focused upon a day full of stuff. Besides our usual Wednesday activities, we will be moving stuff out of the sactuary tonight to help get things ready for the renovation that will begin in earnest next week.
