Time flies and a year has passed. I am 54 pounds lighter and feeling great!
The original plan was to lose 85 pounds. At this point time, I have decided to lose six more pounds for a total loss of 60 pounds. Then I will reevaluate whether to keep on or maintain. I feel great at this weight.
I have been maintaining since Oct. 2012. I track exercise, water and weight. I stopped tracking the food. This maintain routine has been working. Today I started tracking the food again to lose the additional six pounds.
