It has been working out rather well!!! AND I have lost several pounds too!! I know that night time snacking is my most terrible vice. When I conquer it completely, I will be on the road to a much healthier lifestyle.
I have started this no snacking week with a good outlook. Plus there is not much snack worthy foods in the house. The junk food is finally down to a minimum, and what is left does not appeal me at all. Last night I felt a little hunger pang, but it didn't last too long. All I needed was a little water and some gum, and I was good to go.
So, I look forward to my 3 rd night of no snacking
I feel like I am really accomplishing something here!!! And I am thinking this will become a permanent part of my program!!!!
