stop the negative! Actuate the positive

I have been writing some very negative things and I know it is good to get it out, but not good to hold on to those bad feelings. I am going to put as one of my goals to be positive or at least not negative.
My plans for the day: Take my sister to the doctor and hopefully get some answers and off to the craft store. A friend came up with an idea to show my weight loss. You take a vase and write/paint on it "pounds I need to lose" and another jar/vase writing "pounds I have lost. Fill the one that you need to lose with marbles/stones/beads, etc. as you lose a pounds move the marbles to the pounds I have lost. I think it is a great idea. Something visual to see the pounds lost. I am excited about it.
I am going to deal with whatever is thrown my way today, stay on my food plan, be positive!!!! I am positive about that!!
