Back on Track

It's been way too long since I've posted anything on here. The holidays were a little rough, I never fell off the wagon completely but definitely felt myself starting to slip. I didn't track my food, ate more sweets and I should, and worked out less than usual. I've been back to 3x a week boot camps and tracking food now for about 3 weeks, and I'm finally starting to feel better. I think my body was resisting getting back to working out emoticon because every boot camp I'd get terrible stomach cramps. But this week boot camp has been going well, I'm eating better and starting to feel much more on track.

I did gain weight over the holidays, and am trying to reverse that, it's a very slow going process but I knew that already. :) My hope is that the scale starts moving soon! Hubby and I are going to be trying for kids this year, and the more weight I can lose before I get pregnant the better!

Well hopefully I'll continue to keep this up to date now! Ready to be on track again.

    emoticon You made that first step ... so glad you are back and moving forward. We are some of the few remaining "active" SP Class that we started with, so consider that a victory!!
