Down 2.5 for our challenge. Work up this morning and went to the YMCA and worked out before work. Need to get a little more organized so I can get ready quicker for work.
Last night my husband wanted to go out to eat but I had already eaten dinner and was at my calorie limit. I suggested we do it today instead since I had to weigh in this morning plus I really wasn't hungry. I then went and worked out with a DVD.
Later he mentioned ice cream and I said I didn't want any but he could still have it. He didn't want to eat it in front of me and I said go ahead, I am working on catching up with my team. Went to bed happy that I didn't give into temptation yesterday. The old me would have went out for dinner, probably ate too many calories and then had ice cream on top.
