I'm severely slacking in working out lately.. It's been over a week and i'm just so lazy. I haven't gained any weight, but just sitting at one weight sucks. MUST GET ENERGY.

On a side note, I'm addicted to the Teen Wolf series.. It's actually pretty good! And I can't stop watchinggggggggggg!

    Hey Hun! I hate weeks like those.I find that even if I am in that BLAH mood all week that it's really hard to get out of! . . . I usually go workout right after work and there are some days I am falling asleep at my desk (not actually, but you get what I mean) and want to skip the gym but as soon as I get there, after my warm up I suddenly have this crazy amount of energy to get through the workout. . . I made it a rule of mine not to go anymore than 2 days in a row without exercise and it's helped soo much from getting into the slumps.
I hope you get your motivation and enegy back soon!!
