emoticon Wow! Where did this cold snap come from this time? It seems like this last weekend it was sunny and I was working it out in capri pants. Temperatures have dropped way below 30F and now unfortunately we can't go outside for long periods of time. *pouts* emoticon I got really close to going on for a short run yesterday but it was only 20F so I figured it wasn't the best idea. Does anyone else feel like a caged lab mouse right now? (Of course it could be since I work from home and have no gym membership anymore.)

emoticon The start of cold weather but thankfully the furry baby and I got out for two walks. We love to go on a long walk in the morning to get the blood flowing and then a short walk in the evening before the hubster comes home.

emoticon Food wasn't all that bad today but with the cold weather I get really frustrated, bored and lazy so I'm a little afraid that I will not eat well the next few days (I was right- grrr).
Breakfast: Homemade Bread and Vegan Cream Cheese from Trader Joe's. I'm not sure if I have ever mentioned this but I also take two vitamins in the winter months. Normally I don't take two but seeing as our house doesn't get above 66F in the daytime and gets down to 55F at night (heat pump running the entire time) I feel like a little something extra won't hurt. So I take a vegan multivitamin and also an organic Vitamin C/Echinacea tablet.

Lunch: We had some leftover vegan hot dogs from Sunday's BBQ so I took two of those (45calories each) and sliced with some organic purple cabbage, organic carrots, organic peas and some sauerkraut. So delicious! I topped it off with some salsa from Target.

Snack: Teavana Tea which is delicious! I had a mug of Blueberry Bliss and a mug of Acai Blueberry. I also had 1/2 a bar of a Luna Chocolate Chunk (a bit sweet for my tastebuds).

Dinner: It was Mexican salad night (love Mexican food - yum!). We had organic mixed greens as the base and topped it with some rice (hubby), homemade vegan mock hamburger, Target Salsa, sauerkraut (can you tell I'm German?), hot sauce, fat free refried beans and some cajun seasoned tofu cubes.

Snack: Not doing very good in the snack department lately - I blame boredom. We had some rice dream dark chocolate with raspberries. Husband also had a few pieces of two different types of dark chocolate that is vegan approved. Then we also shared a clementine.

emoticon Question: This last weekend I bought Jillian Michaels Ultimate Workout Wii 2009 game. Anyone have this? I'm having issues with the log jumping and a few other things not working... Help Advice?
