So when Hungry attacked last night, I ignored him as best I could. I didn't continue to eat even though I still felt hungry, which was very tough. I thought about making popcorn since that would have been a crunchy snack w/o a lot of calories but decided against it. These will be my temporary plans until I can get back into the swing of eating within my range and not ending up still hungry. I know it happened before so I'm hoping it will happen again. I have to relearn my boundaries.
Burn 325/day - over, way over.
Cut calories 300/day - within range but not quite -300
Walk 30 min/day - it was still cold at lunch today so I stayed in and did my DVD. (It was a walking one so I sort of did this.)
Cardio 30 min/day - Walking DVD at lunch; I did 2 miles today!
Except for the fact that I was still hungry, even after having my tea, I felt pretty good about holding the line last night. I'll get better at it. I just have to get back into a healthy patten of eating.
Food boundaries = (for me) portion control.
