BLC21: Week 1 Weigh In...and this upcoming week's focus

I am down 1.3 pounds. I'll take it...slow and steady wins the race! emoticon

I know what adjustments need to be made.

I have to keep up on my water intake. During this past weekend challenge (Just Do It!) my "D" was to drink 3 liters everyday of water. I could only get up to 10 cups per day...2 cups shy...but I am happy to report that the 10 cups is waaayyyy more than my usual intake which was 4-6 emoticon

Also, this week I will focus on 5 things:

...lowering my carb intake (staying on the lower range of my allowance of 135-252)
...increasing my protein intake
...not eating after 6pm
...drinking at least 3 liters per day
...trying at least 2 new recipes (see previous blog post!)

I am currently on day 7 of the 30 Day Shred. This past week I have been walking about 2-3 "Leslie miles" (Walk Away The Pounds)

Okay! Here is to a great Week 2!!! emoticon emoticon

    Doing a party dance for you! And I love your reminder that slow and steady does it! go to the store and hold a pound of butter - it'll change your mind that it wasn't much! :) Congrats to you!!!!
