20 minutes and
No morning workout for me today. I just couldn't convince this body to get up. It's a little cool this morning, the bed was feeling warm and snuggly and I was just plain sleepy. I'm still struggling a bit falling asleep and last nite was no exception. I got in bed at 9:45 but didn't fall asleep until after midnight. I was truly tired yesterday after the gym and church. For me not to pull out my laptop and check my emails, blogs, is not normal. I folded a load of laundry I put on my bed before I left for work. I figured if I piled it on the bed I'd have no choice but to fold and put away in order to sleep there. It worked!!!
I ate a bit off my regular menus but not bad choices. I really got to get to the grocery store. Perhaps tonight. I had nothing to bring for breakfast. Well I had oatmeal and cereal but no milk. A 8 ounce cup of milk here at work cost too much, they charge the same amount for milk as they would if you got a cup of coffee $1.85. I refuse to pay...it's whole milk and that don't sit well in my tummy
So I had toast and coffee. Don't know how long that's going to last, but I got some snacks.
Tomorrows weigh-in day. I plan to hit the gym after work and maybe put in some strength training when I get home. Can't let that slip. It's my plan to incorporate strength training in my morning workouts but since I didn't get my lazy bootay up, I got to get it in. Well that's it for me today, I hope you have/had a successful day.
