As I am losing weight, I have lots of loose skin. I will admit that although I have got the healthy eating down, I lack on the exercise and am starting to make positive changes with that. I have questions for those who have lost a substancial amount of weight. Did exercising make a big difference in helping the loose skin? I am thinking that as you develop muscles, it would make the loose skin look better. I know there is cosmetic surgery that some people get to help that but I doubt I would ever be able to afford that. I would like to hear from those who are dealing with the excess skin after losing weight and if there is some advice you can give me that might help me with minimizing the loose skin or at least making it look a little better. Also, if you had the cosmetic surgery, are you glad that you had it done?
