January 22, 2013 - Goal Achieved
- 100 crunches
- 2 miles AM (1 mile each walking break)
- 2 miles PM
- 6-8 cups of water
- eat as healthy as possible
For today I'm shooting to achieve the same as yesterday.
I've done the 100 crunches, and I'm waiting for 9:30 am (my first walking break)...
I'll keep you posted.
