Weight today 254.7 down from 256.4. At least it is going in the right direction. I'm so frustrated with myself since I have been in this spot so often. I truly hope that this is the last time I will ever be in the 250's. I just can't take repounding again.


Goals for today:

emoticon Make necessary phone call

emoticon Make dinner according to plan

emoticon Return items to library and choose a new workout dvd

emoticon Log at least 2500 steps

    Love your list of daily goals - I do it at work on what I'd like to complete in a day -why not do it for weight loss and life improvement!
