Well, it's been going good. I am onto week 3 of this new weight loss adventure. After the marathon, I kept eating like I was still running as much each week. It did not do a body good. So now, I have some pounds to lose and it's been pretty good. I am back to being fully committed and back to my senses when it comes to food.
Portion control, planning my meals and exercise, and just focusing on my health has been really nice. I feel more in control of my hunger and my body. I was just out of control for a while, eating whatever and however much I wanted and it was crazy. I would wake up full and go to bed SUPER full. It was not way to live. So, I am happy to be back on track, happy to have my goals in sight again, and happy happy happy to already see changes.
