Tuesday - Turbo Fire
I did 31 min of Turbo Fire yesterday. Low HIIT 20 workout and then Stretch 10 workout. Since yesterday was my Last Chance Workout for BLC21, and I pledged to do 75 min a week for that workout (GO CAMO CREW!), I also did another workout right after. I did my normal Jillian Michaels Circuit training that I had been doing on Tuesdays. That was an additional 70 min workout.
I was in my calorie range for the day. It was at the high end of the range, but I figured that I had just burned a lot of calories with my 2 workouts, so I wasn't too concerned.
I was able to get my 8+ glasses of water in for the day.
