How I know I am doing it

I am in my 4th week of being on track, the scale has moved 8 lbs but I am already feeling different. First and foremost I don't feel the need to go to McDonalds EVERY morning! I have left behind my sausage mc muffins and a large coke for my oatmeal and water. Yes it sounds bland but I LOVE it!
Exercise isn't an issue, I make time for it. Friday's I KNOW are tough to get it in so I get up extra early so it doesn't get left on the wayside.
My clothes are feeling looser. I have not dropped a size yet but I am close! I can fit in the next size down but they aren't as comfy as I would like (I have NEVER been a fan of tight fitting clothes).
My outlook is more positive, and I take set backs better. Sure, I get angry or upset but my cool down time is a lot faster and I can look at the big picture!
Thanks again to Spark and all the wonderful motivation I get! I truly feel like I am getting my life back and I am in control, not my bad habits!
