Been back at the gym working out. Needless to say that I can make up so many excuses as to why I can't go but when that membership fee comes out of my account, I am reminded not to waste it. I have been working out at nights now after work and even after evening church service.
At night, I get the opportunity to try all of the machines at the gym and take my time on them. I am making time to be make my journey successful. I have a busy life, I run a full time business, work as an administrator at a middle school and work in full time ministry BUT I don't want excuses to keep me in the same shape I've been in.
The other night, I was watching the Biggest Loser and eating a healthy meal but thought why am I always watching it and not working out. So I left the house that night to work out at my gym. Then ironically the next night guess what was on tv while I was cooking, yes again the Biggest Loser and I left again. I don't want to be that one always watching others losing weight and I just watching. NOT THIS YEAR. I am going to be the one watching and losing.
Make time for what's really important to you. Your health should be an important priority for you. Create time and see success. Blessings, Tracy
