This week I have really focused on relearning the good habits that I ditched last fall.
I've been getting dressed to workout as soon as I get out of bed. And I have exercised 3 days in a row!
I've been going to bed when I'm tired instead of mindlessly snacking or sleeping restlessly on the couch! The bed is so much more comfy than the couch.
I have made 2 delicious home cooked meals this week and have started planning and packing food for a 12-hour work shift. Too many cafeteria meals are not a good thing.
It's funny how little things can make such a big difference. I'm feeling better already.
