Over calories

I've been over calories a lot that last week. I think it's because I missed a few doses of my Provac. I'll try to be more careful this week. I also ate a lot because I've been eating meals out which means high calorie leftovers for the following day or at least the following meal as well. I can easily stop eating out. I'm surprised I'm eating out so often this month, but it might be because I haven't in so long.

Anyway, my weight has stayed the same. Then, I exercise a lot since I loved to walk. I'm looking forward to my walk starting in late March. I have to wait to late March so it's warm enough in the mountain to walk. I might only go three months (instead of six) so I can spend the summer with my adult sons. There are too many variables right now.

I need to talk to my pharmacist to get enough Provac for the walk. I'm not looking forward to that. Seeing the pharmacist isn't a problem. I don't want to talk to my doctor about it.

I finally saw the eye doctor and I'll have new bifocals in a week or two. It will be nice to be able to read or watch television shows without eye strain.

    Exercise isn't an excuse to consistantly overeat, but I also believe that if I"m going to choose to overeat, exercise has kept the weight from sneaking back.

My dad's heart doctor told him that if you're going to eat out, enjoy the meal there, but don't take home the leftovers. Then you only out of control 1x not 2.

Enjoy the time with your sons and walking!

    It takes a lot of extra calories to gain that pound although sometimes it doesn't feel that way. I'm looking forward to virtually following you on your AP journey. Will you still be able to post?
