Tuesday, was indeed terrific!
Started out Sparking and getting inspiration from my Spark friends.
Pulled out my heavier weights, as I really need to get some definition and muscles built.
My goodness, this felt good! Every other day, ought to be a must!
My arms are looking a bit "soft" so I can't wait to have that strong, cut look, again!
Ate my standard breakfast of oatmeal and flaxseed, but also added a soft boiled egg, for protein.
Work went really well, today and I had a chance to visit Ashley for lunch!
I love getting together, with my Ashley.

Now Ashley makes some
salads. Here she comes, now!
Look at this! Lettuce, radishes, spinach, avocado, tomato, green pepper,roasted chicken breast, walnuts, dried grapes and cranberries, spring onions, olive oil and grape vinegar.
I bet I am forgetting something. Yes, broccoli!
We also had a couple cups of mandarin orange tea! On a cold day, it was perfect.
It was hard to leave, but we felt renewed and ready to commit to better eating. More fruits and vegetables.
Then off to work, a visit to Mama. Had a bit of coffee and a spin on the bike.
Whew! What a day.
Slept like a rock!
