I happen to weigh myself this morning and I gained 2 pounds yesterday? My blood sugar is high?
I don't suppose it's as much a mystery as I pretend. I ate at 11:30pm and I took my blood sugar and weighed myself around 5;30am. So that's 6 hours. I'm just not understanding how it works. I didn't eat 6000 extra calories so how could my scale be 2 pounds up? Does undigested food weigh more and would it take 6 hours to digest a meal? I'm not even sure how to google these questions. Oh well. I'm sure I really didn't gain 2 pounds.
Actually, I might go back to sleep for a bit since I only got 4 hours sleep last night.
I'm still enjoying trying out new workouts andI have incorporated some strength training into my breaks. That is working out.
I had a bit of a tough day at work yesterday. But, life is too short to get wound up about work every day so I am going to let it go. There are things about my job that I can not change and at the top of that list is other people.
Well, I think I will get a bit more rest and then readdress the day. I'm sure everything will be a little brighter if I get a few more hours sleep.
