Yay! Taking off the sweatshirt at weigh in made it official. I finally broke into the 150's! More fruit today and lots of exercise should get me to 155 in no time. I know, I know, it shouldn't be just about losing weight but honestly, right now that's what I'm focusing on. I'm losing it in a healthy way so know that I'm getting healthier as I lose the weight so it all works out good in the end.
On another note...I broke a tooth Sunday. Thank goodness I'm not in any pain with it. I cannot afford to run to the dentist to get it fixed right now (sad when I have to choose between meds or dental care) but it has definitely had an influence on some of my food choices. I had an interview yesterday and it went very well. It does provide some dental benefits so hopefully that will work out and I can plan to get it fixed somewhat soon. Some people don't think twice to neglect their teeth but it's probably the one thing I insist on taking care of. Carl thinks I'm nuts. He hasn't been to a dentist in years. I just don't understand that.
Otherwise, all is good. Hard to feel unhappy when a weight loss plan is actually working! Yay me!
