Yay! Taking off the sweatshirt at weigh in made it official. I finally broke into the 150's! More fruit today and lots of exercise should get me to 155 in no time. I know, I know, it shouldn't be just about losing weight but honestly, right now that's what I'm focusing on. I'm losing it in a healthy way so know that I'm getting healthier as I lose the weight so it all works out good in the end.

On another note...I broke a tooth Sunday. Thank goodness I'm not in any pain with it. I cannot afford to run to the dentist to get it fixed right now (sad when I have to choose between meds or dental care) but it has definitely had an influence on some of my food choices. I had an interview yesterday and it went very well. It does provide some dental benefits so hopefully that will work out and I can plan to get it fixed somewhat soon. Some people don't think twice to neglect their teeth but it's probably the one thing I insist on taking care of. Carl thinks I'm nuts. He hasn't been to a dentist in years. I just don't understand that.

Otherwise, all is good. Hard to feel unhappy when a weight loss plan is actually working! Yay me!

    Awesome! I hope you get the job. Men hate going to doctors and dentist. Good dental health is important too, it can effect you in more ways then just the teeth. It is strange, sometimes when a not so good thing happens to you and you can make a good positive thing out of it. Good Luck and have a great day.
