January 31st goal...

Well, I have been slacking off.

Not that I'm drinking soda, corn syrup filled candy and McDonalds (I never consume that BAD of junk) but I haven't been staying under maintenance level calories. I will for a day or two, then I'll stop counting and eat just those few hundred more calories than my body needs and presto! I've been sitting in purgatory for weeks now.

My workouts have been going well...I finally started working legs again! lol. I'm sticking to 2 days on, one day off of the weights (for the most part). Working upper/lower body then one off...saves the shoulders. I'm also not going to failure on any sets (except forearms and calves) and it seems to be working- no flare ups, quicker recovery and I feel stronger.

But I do have a new MOTIVATOR! My little sis is turning 21 and in Hispanic fashion, having a BIG party...on January 16th. So, I have a little less than a month to get on it. Not to mention my B-Day is Feb 27th...while my 50lb goal loss to 187lbs is not possible, I'm striving for 199 lbs by then.

So my Jan 31st goal is 214lbs and 23.5% bodyfat.

EDIT*

So I didn't hit goal, but lost a few. I let friend borrow the body fat meter again (he's signed up for an ab contest) so no % number this time.
