This is what I keep telling myself while I'm "benched" from my Zumba & water aerobics & gym workouts!
Just 2 more days of restrictions, and then I can SLOWLY start getting back to my fitness routine... yep, that's right - I can honestly say that I have a "fitness routine" these days!
On the upside, I did manage to lose 4 lbs. when I weighed in on Monday... makes me wonder how much I might've lost if I'd been able to workout the last 4 days of the week prior!
