I managed 75 minutes on that elliptical yesterday. ..nearly six miles towards my 1000 mile elliptical challenge. I also checked off another new goal by taking the stairs up to my seventh floor condo this afternoon...huff and puff! I sure hope this gets easier! It feels so good to be able to move more, eat better, and just enjoy everything more. Thanks Spark friends and coaches. You are the best!
