I made a workout playlist that tmrw im working out to .. Some of my favorite upbeat songs as well as some rocky soundtrack songs !
Today I binged . I've been home all day and bored . I guess I just found I out I eat when im bored tooo .. GO FIGURE HAHA

    Obviously binging isn't good, but if you learned that boredom is a trigger for you, then you at least have some sort of take away from the day. Keep a big glass of water right next to you at all times (and drink it!). It will keep your stomach from sending hunger signals as much and it gives you that 'raising your hand to your mouth' action that can help you psychologically overcome the desire to snack.
