YAY! Still on track!

Had a lil break over the weekend due to a bout with the stomach flu - BLECH! But got back to the gym last night after dinner. I just forgot to BLOG! Walked a mile on the treadmill, a mile on the bike, then did some strength exercise - lat pull, crunch & rowing machine. Tonight, walked 1.5 miles and biked 2 miles. Felt pretty good.
I'm pretty sure the exercising is helping me to sleep better, too! Very happy about that!
My weight is staying the same, but I know that will change once I get better acquainted with the gym equipment, how to use it and get a routine going. Then I will be working on our diet - it will be much healthier & portions will be under control!
I'm excited that Dick is still on the bandwagon with me and he is determined to lose his "keg"! YAY!
