Swimming = Diabetes Medication

I swim like a frog, but I can do it for a very long time, and I enjoy it. Added bonus: it pulls my blood sugar down more than any other sport I've tried. Today, I swam for 30 minutes, and my glucose level went from 148 to 87. That's as good as another dose of medication, and a whole lot healthier.
