Here I am back to posting at the end of the day when I am weary, but it was a full day. I am just going to keep it short and hit the highlights.
Lately the sugar cravings have come back. I also tended to think about food a lot more. These feelings had gone from being a prevalent thing to non-existant for several weeks until I made a video on clearing emotional eating. This is definitely a sign of getting deeper in to the core of the emotional issues. I am excited to pursue this with more videos. I haven't had a clear intuition on what to name this series of video's, but the focus will be health and wellness. If you don't know or understand already, I use EFT/Tapping with the style of coaching I am learning to help clear emotional baggage and blocks to success.
I feel like posting my food and exercise is helping me stay focused on my intentions of releasing the last pound and whatever other weight to get my body fat down to an athletic level. Ultimately, I am aware that it is nothing outside of me will bring me the healing.
My main goal here is to heal my mindset about myself and my body using the methods I teach.
The deeper we go in the healing process the more stressful and difficult it might appear to get, but in reality the ego is getting stirred up and it all needs to happen for a big shift to happen in to a new mindset.
