Its been a while since I've been on here. I had lost like 37 lbs last year, starting running outside in Nov, ran 2 5k's in Nov, started training for a half marathon then I got sick with this nasty sinus stuff for about three weeks so my excercise came to a screaching halt along with my clean eating through the holiday season! So, I of course "GAINED" but I'm not worried! This week Im back to eating right and I started Jillan Michaels Body Revolution this week ( my xmas gift to myself). She's tough, but I'm feeling great! I will slowly get back to my running regimen also! Happy Week to everyone! :D :D :D We got this!!!
