No Pain no Gain right?

I sure hope so because I am in serious pain today. WOW. I knew I was going to feel the burn during the Body Pump class last night but wow, I cannot move today. My thighs, arms and upper chest hurt bad!! I hope I can do it again on Friday though! I know I need to just push through it.

    just make sure you're not going too hard. Your body will sacrifice a lot to be able to do the movements. You don't want to damage anything too bad!

    Try and do some gentle movements to help loosen stuff up. And drink your water! That should help with the muscle soreness. Good luck!
