30 Day Shred, Day 1

Well I was all ready for body rock after watching more videos today and WAIT there's a problem.... I'm doing it again. I go and find all these things that look wonderful but I don't want to do the work.... I like to look at them. On bodyrockTV I like to watch the fit women bounce around and act like workouts aren't a big deal. Thing is.... I've already bought a very similar system and only used it a few times which is the 30 day shred.

That's a problem of mine.... I think of all these fine ideas but simply owning a piece of work out equipment or a video doesn't do much. SO.... I'm going to jump on the 30 day shred. I looked at before and after pictures (one of my very favorite past times.... I love looking at peoples before and afters even if I don't know them) and saw some amazing results from people that ACTUALLY used it :)

Thursdays and Sundays will stil be reserved for body pump class.... I'm hooked.

So schedule:
Sunday-body pump
Tuesday-30 day shred
wednesday- 30 day shred
Thursday-body pump
Friday- rest
Saturday- 30 day shred

I hope that gives me enough rest.... if I'm feeling too terribly bad I'll rest either Tuesday or Wednesday.

I love seeing pictures like these and cross my fingers I can get that type of toning. The blog this picture comes from says she only lost 5 pounds between her before and after picture.... that's the magic of getting those muscles toned!

    That pick is inspiring! I'm on day 4 of ripped in 30. I should have taken pictures. Good luck!
