I am getting very anxious about week 3's weigh in. I don't know why I do this because as my husband put it if nothing changes this week no biggy you always have next week. I am really going to focus on that if the numbers don't move the way I am hoping they will.
I exercised pretty well this week. I had one meal that was really over my calorie limit. I am hopeful
