Weigh IN Tomorrow

I am getting very anxious about week 3's weigh in. I don't know why I do this because as my husband put it if nothing changes this week no biggy you always have next week. I am really going to focus on that if the numbers don't move the way I am hoping they will.

I exercised pretty well this week. I had one meal that was really over my calorie limit. I am hopeful

    Hope your weigh-in goes well, but just remember even if nothing happens--weight wise, you're still ahead. You're building stamina and momentum for losing weight.
You can do this!

    Either way, you have probably changed your eating and exercise habits. Muscle weighs more than fat, so keep that in mind. Stay motivated... the weight loss will come! emoticon

  Good Luck!! I don't know how you wait so long to know your weight, it's pretty much how I start everyday. I know they say we should not weigh ourselves that often, but I believe that if I had been weighing myself on a regular basis I would not have gained so much weight. Anyway, I wish you luck and hope that you see something that makes you happy.
