40th Anniversary

Tuesday, January 22, 2013

Today is the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, where the Supreme Court made abortions legal. Millions of babies have been aborted and millions of families have been affected. It's not a good anniversary, one to be celebrated. We have to mourn the loss of all these precious ones. I know not everyone will agree with me, but no matter what anyone says, I know that a "fetus" is a human being. Maybe they're not able to form cognitive thoughts yet or control their bodily functions, but they were created by God for a reason.

It's a tragedy that I think we're paying for even now. We can't continue to let these babies be killed. I know there are extenuating circumstances, such as victims of rape, or the risk of death to the mother. I'm not talking about that; I'm talking about using abortion as a form of birth control. We have become a nation of promiscuity and it's hurting the USA!

Although there IS a silver lining to this black cloud that covers the US. With the introduction of ultra sounds being given to women/girls who are going to get an abortion, the number of abortions has been reduced by at least 100,000! Many people are seeing that that little blob is a baby! There are nurses who've been assistants in abortion clinics who've talked about how the baby is murdered, and have gotten out of the abortion industry and spoken out against it.

My prayer is that God will forgive us for allowing this to continue unabated, and that He will help us to overturn this ruling.

God bless America!

I can not believe that its legal in your country. Wow my eyes was big when I read your blog. In my country I was very upset when my classmates aborted her child, all of us Filipinos including the teacher very upset to a person who aborted.

Is not good to hear your country do this to the fetus. I am so sad to know these things.

I'm so thankful that my Mom and Dad did not abort me! Thanx for the reminder as we should not forget and take so much for granted. God is still in control and for that, I am truly thankful. He's got the whole world in hands! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
