Oh dear, life got in the way today. I missed my workout. But tomorrow I am going to get up earlier and JUST DO IT! :-) Stayed on track with everything else though. I just need to get into a fitness routine like I have with good eating and drinking the water and not drinking the pop. Hmmm I have made progress! The exercise will come too.
