wow, low carb for sure makes a difference for me.
yesterday i was 158, almost 159.
well, we woke to no heat upstairs.
so i didnt bike.
i did walk for 3 hours but that was it, since c25k and strength training were yesterday.
heat is fixed, thank goodness. it was frigid up there.
could feel the coldness coming downstairs when you were anywhere near the stairs.
since the furnace repairman got here around 7 and left around 9, dinner was very late! we ate at nine and i hadnt eaten since my snack at i think 3. so i was hungry and shaky. i had my dinner and immediately got a snack of cashews and an atkins pb cup. so, im up in calories and carbs.
1310 calories, 27 grams carbs.
but, i needed that snack because my dinner was only 150 calories and for sure not enough to stop my tummy from rumbling.
tomorrow is week three, day two of c25k.
and also strength training for arms/legs/abs.
i have the plan of attack in my head and that is to focus almost solely on strength training. im always cardio, cardio, cardio but maybe thats not the best for me right now.
so strength training focus it shall be.
