I am going to need to take a break from the "fitness" page section of SP. I have chronic pain issues, and I think that people are confused that a tiny amount of arthritis fitness means I am "recovered" fully. I so am NOT over the pain fully, and having people yell at me when I can't do tasks after they see me do "well" on sp is getting on my nerves. Just because I can, on a great day, do a fitness thing or two does not mean it does not cause PAIN or was EASY. End of story.
I will, however still be using the diet cooking section.
