I am going to need to take a break from the "fitness" page section of SP. I have chronic pain issues, and I think that people are confused that a tiny amount of arthritis fitness means I am "recovered" fully. I so am NOT over the pain fully, and having people yell at me when I can't do tasks after they see me do "well" on sp is getting on my nerves. Just because I can, on a great day, do a fitness thing or two does not mean it does not cause PAIN or was EASY. End of story.

I will, however still be using the diet cooking section.

    It's never nice to hear someone's in pain. I hope you have a safe recovery and keep up with your fluids.

    really hope you have less pain and can continue the things you do. Who is yelling at you when you cant work out they shouldn't be doing that here. Here is a place to feel welcome and safe . May the rest of your life be filled with joy.
