strawberry low fat yogurt
4 low sodium chicken cold cut slices
some kale chips I made
1 serving bolthouse berry boost smoothie
a flaxseed, oat bran and whole wheat pita with almond butter, honey and banana
two handfuls of baby spinach with steamed chicken

did mountain climbers (i think thats what theyre called) and knocked out a 1 min 30 sec plank

just did some weight training

    Oh! Those ones are fun too! We did those in Insanity, but I can't remember what Shaun T called them. They were my favorite, really works the obliques!

What I like about it is it's about 360 calories for the bottle, 30 g of protein, and about 1/3 of your daily potassium requirement (which is important to avoid bloating!). It does have a coffee/mocha-y taste to it, but for some reason I like it.

    no not those--these are done on the floor sorta in plank position and you bring your knee one at a time to your elbow--oo i'll have to try that coffee one-i'm also not usually a coffee fan.

    Mountain climbers like from Insanity? The ones where it's like you are running with high knees in place and are also reaching up- like you are climbing? Oh man. Those are fun but HARD to maintain. Congrats on the planks!

(My favorite bolthouse is the Protein Plus blended coffee... and I normally hate coffee!)
