The weekend was not fantastic in terms of food eaten. I could do better with eating more vegetables and less carb filled items. More consistent exercise would be good too, but I feel I've done very well for the first week, especially with tracking my food everyday. I just really hope that what I'm doing is working and that I can make it a change for forever. I want to work on making food not be the most fun or enjoyable part of the day most days because I think that leads me to eat much more and less healthy foods. Goal for the next chunk of the challenge is to try something to fix this.
