It is officialy the first day of me not being sick. So yah! here is not to having plague monkeys circling around my head. Yesterday I was able to finaily go walking.I did 3/4 mile and was tired but I think I can pull off a mile and not injure myself. so tommorrow I am gonna try that.
I lost 4 pounds from being sick. I didn't like the foods I am forced to eat soup crackers and tea. Not my favorite trifecta. I ended up not wanting to eat. I still don't cause guess what after I was finailly over the flu I ended up with food poisoning. Now I am on a super bland diet until they are sure I didn't get a nasty virus or parisite. So I am sooooooo not interised in eating. they wanted to take my coffe and chocolate but I went almost two weeks with out eather I am so not following that order. It helps with the A.D.H.D and the bipolar so i am not gonna give them up. Now don't get me wrong I am nether striking my tent at heter a chocolate factory or a star bucks. but no way am I giving it all up all together I don't think the world would survive it.
WHile I was sick I had a constant low grade fever. it made me kinda loopy I ended up screwing up my quitting smoking progam. I had to start all over. I did my first week last week and did my second week starting monday. I smoked inside all during the sick so my house smells like a ashtray...... again. So I am spending all this week working on de-stinking the house I am gonna need more fabreeze than I have but make a dent is better than not doing anything at all.

I have started a offline war journal. I am making lists and game plans that help in the battle of the "smoking bulge" When I come up with really neat stuff that will help others I will definatly share. like this

* invest in large quantitys of fahita and taco mix you can put it on anything and it doesn't allways have to take tex mexy the fahita mix translat real well to Sechwan

* list of excuses I us so I can't use them any more

* Ideas for mini exersizes

*list of foods not allowed in house.

Stuff like that comes in really ya know and when you revist them your more likely to stick to the plan.
Any who I am finailly able to really start on my new years rededecation so I am a happy camper. I am also going to figure out how to get my all about me book up here I got some really cool stuff on it sketches mini colleges etc. Also I got to finish my inpiration poster. So I am gonna keep at it I got a bunch of Louis Royo art work to finish it so I just need to finaily put it together. I also Have to find some red Sonya pics to add but I can find them real easy.
