Good evening...

Well I think I reached every one of my goals today...I took the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator, packed a healthy lunch with healthy snacks, thought positive thoughts and did an awesome total body workout plus 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer.

Life is good. emoticon
