Mmmmm.... broccoli

I had a late meeting tonight, so ate dinner before I left. By the time I got home, I was HUNGRY!! However, I didn't have any room for snacks. I have been searching for a filling snack that doesn't have a lot of calories, and of course is tasty. And I've found it! Frozen broccoli! Lots of fiber, yummy with just a little seasoning, and won't break the calorie bank. I'm sold. I will make sure to have frozen green stuff on hand to cure the hunger pangs.

    I love broccoli and brussel sprouts too, If I have eaten plenty of other food all day- I will make a bag of broccoli with a little parmesan cheese on and then some frozen fruit for my dinner or before I have a piece of pizza. It fills me up and I feel satisfied. emoticon

    MMMM U EVER HAVE THE FROZEN BROCCOLI WITH CHEESE? THAT'S WHAT I EAT WHEN I WANT SOMETHING AND DON'T HAVE MANY CALORIES AND WHAT I DO IS OPEN THE FROZEN WRAPPER AND TAKE IT OUT AS IT'S ALL FROZEN SO I CAN GET ALL THE CHEESE NONE IS WASTED IN THE PLASTIC WRAP HAHAHA IT'S EVEN GOOD FOR A QUICK MEAN ON A BAKED POTATO!!!! GOOD FOR YOU FOR THINKING HEALTHY EVEN WHILE HUNGRY!!! emoticon
