I had a late meeting tonight, so ate dinner before I left. By the time I got home, I was HUNGRY!! However, I didn't have any room for snacks. I have been searching for a filling snack that doesn't have a lot of calories, and of course is tasty. And I've found it! Frozen broccoli! Lots of fiber, yummy with just a little seasoning, and won't break the calorie bank. I'm sold. I will make sure to have frozen green stuff on hand to cure the hunger pangs.
