Fingers Crossed!

I have stayed within my calorie ranges and I've completed over 300 mins of exercise this week. I should have a loss. However, as many women know, my friend came today and the scale is not my friend. I did stay in range today and got a 30 min HIIT workout in. Weigh in is tomorrow so I'm hoping I still have a loss of some sort.

    Even if the scale doesn't show a loss, you still may have one. Just keep up the good work and next week you will have a big loss.
