Week 4- Do the work

This week I concentrated on one thing and that was juts doing the work. I tried to eat on plan but didn't eat perfect. I even had a night out with the coworkers. Even with a 7.5 hour flight I was able to pull off a pretty awesome week. I worked hard in the gym 2 days did couch to 5 k twice and tried to keep up on my water. I am just trying to get back to the basics of what got me down 100 pounds and that is just focusing on the work. During the week I monitor my weight and it went up it went down but I just focused on doing my best and let the rest fall where it may. So without without further ado here are this week numbers

Starting weight 380 lbs
week 2 weight 276.6 lbs
week 3 weight 273.8 lbs
Difference -2.8 lbs
Total weight lost 106.2 lbs
lbs to goal 23.8 lbs

This next week is gonna be tough going back to Hawaii with a couple of my good friends. Gonna have to really try hard to make good choices. But again gonna try to just focus on the work!
