Definately stressed

When I started my weight loss goals and diet on Jan 2, 2013 I was doing really well. Now all of the sudden, I am really stressed and am doing horrible with my eating habits. It has been since Saturday and although I am trying, I can tell it is not going to be good. Here is to hoping that things get better.

    You are worth it. You can do it. You will do it. Baby steps. One good choice at a time. You get a good nights sleep. Tomorrow is a new day. Start out with a good choice. That gets the day off on the right foot. Hang in there, one day at a time. You can do it.
