Jan. Week #3 Update or NDB Day 15

To say I'm doing well is an absolute understatement. The last 3 days have been amazing. Yesturday I hit 185 fitness minutes/ 1322 calories/29,735 steps.WOOT WOOT!!!!!
Up 1. Fitness- minutes not as high as I would like, but intensity is way up there.
Up 2. Muscle- really pushing it
Up 3. Protein/Calories- found a good balance and liking it
Down 1. Drinking- DONE, GONE, OUT-OF-HERE 15 days
Down 2. Candy- only had a 1/4 cup toffee peanut's. this was a dinner dessert
Down 3. Island- reaching and communicating with almost anyone, might have to dial this back a little
Side notes to Jan. Started at 179 lbs and jumped to 182 drifted to a weigh in of 181 on the 11th. Down to 176 which is total 3 pound loss, but I've had a huge gain in muscle/body condition.

NDB DAY 15-
Short side note. Not drinking isn't even considered anymore. In the reboot cycle. Will cover this whole process some other time. Sure everyone is a little wore out on my NDB topic.
