I took my friend Mary to Olympia to a doctors appointment yesterday so I missed my Monday workout. I did however go today and plan to try to get there Saturday also to make up for the missed day. I had a good workout today. I was able to walk laps in the river for an hour non stop. I did a few more laps after a rest also. It felt good to be able to go for an hour again. I know that I will have good days and bad days for awhile until I recoup completely, but I am happy that I am getting good days again.
I hope to be able to join aqua zumba again beginning next month. I had hoped to be able to add it in again this week but I think that would be just to much. I have a friend who teaches a land based zumba class and if I can I am going to try and take her class in about six months. It may take more like a year but I think it is another good goal to work towards.
I was enjoying the exercise before I had to quit for a bit, but I am now back to hating it! I will not give up though. I know it will get better and I will feel better in the long run.
