The new year has been going great. I have been eating healthy and working out routinely and already lost 7pounds. Although I no longer crave most of the bad foods that I use to eat regularly, I feel like i'm still missing something. After healthy dinners, i feel slighted that I cannot end the night with something to satisfy my sweet tooth. I dont want to bring cookies, cakes and pies in the house because i dont feel like i have the will power to resist. I dont want the high fat and calories but i do need that sweet snack to satisfy my sweet tooth
